Welcome to Nuno! By using our application, you agree to the following terms.

1. Description of Service

Nuno is a vehicle management platform provided by Nuno. It offers tools for expense tracking, maintenance reminders, and performance reports.

2. Nuno Pro Subscriptions

Nuno offers "Nuno Pro" auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly and Annual plans).

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Trial Period: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

3. User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for the data you enter. You agree not to use the service for any illegal activities.

4. Limitation of Liability

Nuno provides the service "as is". We are not responsible for any financial loss or vehicle damage resulting from the use or misuse of the data provided by the app.
